Does it need to be shifted, neutralized, balanced off with more movement, getting outdoors?

I don’t know about you, but I get more bogged down by reading people reacting and complaining in the name of raising awareness than I do by the actual facts.
It’s wise to be wary of information overload. We can mitigate its effects so we don’t go down a rabbit hole. The information might be necessary. The rabbit hole isn’t.
