We are all in this together, but leaders are in a crunch.
Caught in the collective uncertainty, leaders are sought for guidance – when we hardly know what to say to ourselves.
We are all in this together and we can’t do it alone.
Conscious leaders must come together.
To speak where we are on this roller coaster ride, without feeling guilt.
To let go of appearances.
To be OK with having bursts of creativity followed by periods of doubt.
To not worry we might be letting someone down.
To be compassionate towards each other.
To support, encourage and co-create solutions.
To be of service.
Because that’s what conscious leaders do.
Leaders need a safe place to land so we can rise up together. It’s always been so, but never more true than now.
