The story of the Free Your Inner Guru™ Leadership Workshop
If you’re familiar with my personal journey, you know that I have faced just about every challenge a leader could face. You’ll also know that after a life-changing tragedy, I stopped being a coach. I kept my dreams and my ability to have an impact hidden for a very long time.
When I did return to coaching in 2015, my approach had changed. I no longer saw life and business as two separate arenas.
The same integrated approach that worked for me, also worked for my clients. In hindsight it makes sense. Because it had always been that way. I only had to look as far as my many years as a consultant in the automotive industry. A business can only grow as far as the mindset of the leader permits. And in the Great Recession, the inner game of the leader was the defining factor for who weathered the storm, and who didn’t.
Early last year, a lightbulb went on. I was taking my private clients through the exact same process and principles, no matter what business they were in, or where they were on their leadership journey. The process and principles set the table for the journey to come. That process has become the Free Your Inner Guru™ Leadership Workshop.
